2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • We fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe without valid reason
  • The delivered work does not meet the specifications outlined in the project agreement
  • We breach the terms of our service agreement
  • Technical issues on our end prevent us from completing the project
  • Cancellation occurs before any work has commenced (subject to cancellation fees)

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and scenarios are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed work that meets the agreed specifications
  • Consultation services and time already spent on project planning
  • Third-party licenses, hosting, or software costs
  • Custom development work that has been delivered and approved
  • Services cancelled due to client's change of requirements after work has begun
  • Maintenance and support services already provided

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the issue occurring
  • Provide detailed information about the reason for the refund request
  • Include relevant project documentation and correspondence
  • Allow us 14 business days to review and respond to your request

All refund requests must be submitted through our contact page or via email with "Refund Request" in the subject line.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where work has been partially completed, we may offer partial refunds based on:

  • The amount of work completed and delivered
  • Resources and time invested in the project
  • The stage of development at which cancellation occurs
  • Any third-party costs already incurred

Partial refunds will be calculated fairly based on the work completed and will be outlined in detail before processing.

6. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, processing times vary depending on the payment method:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfers: 3-7 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days
  • Cryptocurrency refunds: 1-5 business days (subject to network conditions)

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

7. Project Modifications and Change Requests

Changes to project scope, requirements, or specifications after work has begun may affect refund eligibility. Additional charges may apply for change requests, and refunds for the original scope may be adjusted accordingly.

8. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, etc.) that prevent us from completing your project, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work completed and circumstances beyond our control.

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to contact us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to finding fair solutions for all parties involved. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to arbitration as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

10. Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription services (maintenance, support, hosting), cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for subscription services are generally not provided unless there is a service failure on our part.
